6th Ed is imminent

I would guess that on the 23rd of June 2012 the 6th edition of 40K will be announced or released!

Guess my next 40k game is going to be under new rules!

Still dont know exactly what its all about but that is next weekend. It could drastically change the way lists play and thus entire armies.

im hoping the rapidfire rules do change in such a way to benifit tau

The Tau [bold]will[/bold] be getting a new codex with 6th ed but the rapid fire rules are supposed to be changing a fair bit.

Lots of other things have been rumoured to, like ccw being given an ap value. I quite like the idea that if you get hit by a chaimsword wielded by a marine then your guard issue flack jacket is not really going to help that much.

Not sure yet about the wounds from closest to furthest models. That will make for a more support based character set being used and conga lines all over the place.

We already seem to get plenty of Conga's going on!

I conga'd before it was cool! I'm looking forward to the new deep strike rule, if what i've heard is true.

Its getting close!

Teaser 3 has been pushed on the "Whats New Today" area.

Looks like they have used some new art, a bit of curret art and some older stuff, I am sure the picture of the Imperial ships around a vortex was in BFG rule or back ground book.

So only a few days left to go until we all find out that we need to either:

1) Buy a whole load of extra models cos the ones we have are useless

or

2) Buy a whole load of new models cos the ones we have are no longer viable

I know they are the same thing!!

It is all going to mean that we all need to spend some more money on GW products so hope you have all been saving up your pocket money!

Yesterday they released White Dwarf... In White Dwarf was a batrep and a load of stuff about the new 40k which is now on advanced order and officially released on 30 June.

Damn only having my phone at the minute, I cant do my advanced order til tonight.
